This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how RestoBe ("RestoBe", "we", "our" or "us") collects, protects and uses the information ("Information") that you ("User", "you" or "your") may provide in the RestoBe application ("Application" or "Services").
Important Note: We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time without prior notice. We may also collect additional data in the future as needed for the improvement and functionality of our services. By using our application, you agree to these terms and any future modifications.
2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
RestoBe does not collect information related to your identity (email address, your name, your phone number, your address, information related to your credit card or other personal information). Some information may be requested directly through a questionnaire or through a chat tool or for the generation of official documents.
Future Data Collection: We may expand our data collection practices in the future to enhance our services. Any such changes will be reflected in an updated version of this privacy policy.
3. TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED
The data collected in the application concerns the usage data of the features developed by RestoBe. With the aim of quality and continuous improvement of the application, RestoBe collects application usage data, while ensuring user anonymity. This is a collection of data in order to understand the use of the application.
Any use of Cookies - or other tracking tools - by this Application or by the owners of third-party services used by this Application serves to provide the Service required by the User, in addition to any other purpose described in this document and in the Cookie Policy, if available.
4. METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING
Processing methods
The owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of data.
Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated.

6. DEVICE PERMISSIONS FOR PERSONAL DATA ACCESS
Depending on the User's specific device, this Application may request certain permissions that allow it to access the User's device data as described below. Once the permission is granted, it can be revoked by the User at any time. In order to revoke these permissions, Users may refer to the device settings or contact the Owner for support at the contact details provided in this document.
7. APPLE SUBSCRIPTIONS AND SIGN-IN
RestoBe uses Apple's subscription services and Sign in with Apple. When you subscribe or sign in:
- Apple processes your payment information securely
- We receive your subscription status and tier information
- Your Apple ID is used for authentication and subscription management
- Subscription data is synced across your devices via iCloud
- We store your subscription tier and trial usage status locally
We do not store your payment information. All payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. Your Apple ID and subscription data are processed according to Apple's privacy policies.
8. SUBSCRIPTION DATA COLLECTION
For subscription management, we collect and store:
- Your current subscription tier (Normal, Pro, Premium)
- Subscription status (active, expired, trial)
- Trial end date and usage status
- Subscription expiration date
- Feature access permissions
This data is stored securely on your device using iOS Keychain and synced via iCloud for cross-device access. We do not collect or store your payment information, billing address, or credit card details.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
If you are under 13 years of age, please do not submit any personal information through our application or service. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this policy by instructing their children to never provide personal information through our application or service without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information through our application or service, please contact us.
10. NEWSLETTERS
We offer electronic newsletters to which you can voluntarily subscribe at any time. You may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails or by contacting us. However, you will continue to receive essential transactional emails.
11. LINKS TO OTHER APPLICATIONS
Our application contains links to other applications that are not owned or controlled by us. Please note that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of these other applications or third parties. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our application and to read the privacy statements of each application that may collect personal information.

We secure the information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards in an effort to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure of personal information in its control and custody. However, no data transmission over the Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed. Therefore, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, you acknowledge that (i) there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet which are beyond our control; (ii) the security, integrity and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and our Application cannot be guaranteed; and (iii) such information and data may be viewed or tampered with in transit by a third party, despite best efforts.

In the event we become aware that the security of the application has been compromised or users' personal information has been disclosed to unrelated third parties as a result of external activity, including, but not limited to, security attacks or fraud, we reserve the right to take reasonably appropriate measures, including, but not limited to, investigation and reporting, as well as notification to and cooperation with law enforcement authorities. In the event of a data breach, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected individuals if we believe that there is a reasonable risk of harm to the user as a result of the breach or if notice is otherwise required by law. In this case, we will post a notice in the application and send you an email.
14. LEGAL DISCLOSURE
We will disclose any information we collect, use or receive if required or permitted by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. In the event of a business transition, such as a merger or acquisition by another company, or the sale of all or a portion of its assets, your user account and personal data will likely be among the assets transferred.

RestoBe provides a Point of Sale (POS) system that allows businesses to manage sales, inventory, and business operations.
3. User Accounts
To use the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose

Subscription Management:
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
- Manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
- Free trial: 7 days, one per Apple ID
- Refunds handled by Apple according to App Store policies
- Payment processing handled securely by Apple
By subscribing, you agree to Apple's subscription terms and acknowledge that:
- You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings
- No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods
- Subscription prices may change with notice
- Access to premium features ends upon cancellation
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App:
- For violations of these Terms
- For fraudulent or illegal activity
- For non-payment of fees
- At our sole discretion
9. Limitation of Liability
